Outstanding A/AA teams from across the Midwest and beyond will gather at Heroes Sports Park for five unforgettable days of championship baseball, unforgettable experiences and the opportunity to compete on one of the biggest stages of the summer.

More Than a World Series

Championship baseball begins on Thursday.

The World Series experience begins on Wednesday.

Teams will gather at Heroes Sports Park for Opening Ceremonies, the Coaches Meeting, tournament credentials, skills competitions, World Series pin trading and additional World Series activities before the first pitch is thrown.

It is the official start of five unforgettable days celebrating the game and competing for a World Series championship.

Divisions: 9U A/AA • 11U A/AA • 15U A/AA • 16U A/AA

Game Guarantee: 5 Games Guaranteed

Entry Fee

• 9U A/AA: $399
• 11U A/AA: $499
• 15U A/AA: $699
• 16U A/AA: $699

Format: Five-day World Series format featuring pool play followed by championship bracket play.

Awards: Perfect Game World Series Awards

Baseballs: Perfect Game provides all game baseballs.

Umpires: Professional two-umpire crews are assigned to every game. Umpire fees are included in the tournament entry fee.

Weather Policy

Game Guarantee: Five (5) games guaranteed, weather permitting.

Full refund if no games are played due to weather.

Partial refunds may be issued based on the number of games completed.

Divisions & Age Eligibility

9U A/AA

Players born on or after May 1, 2017 are eligible.

School Grade Exception: Maximum of two (2) third-grade players who turn 10 before May 1, 2027, provided they were born on or after January 1, 2017.

11U A/AA

Players born on or after May 1, 2015 are eligible.

School Grade Exception: Maximum of two (2) fifth-grade players who turn 12 before May 1, 2027, provided they were born on or after January 1, 2015.

15U A/AA

Players born on or after May 1, 2011 are eligible.

School Grade Exception: Maximum of two (2) ninth-grade players who turn 16 before May 1, 2027, provided they were born on or after January 1, 2011.

16U A/AA

Players born on or after May 1, 2010 are eligible.

School Grade Exception: Maximum of two (2) tenth-grade players who turn 17 before May 1, 2027, provided they were born on or after January 1, 2010.

Perfect Game Tournament Format

Perfect Game World Series events feature pool play followed by championship bracket play.

Following pool play, teams are placed into Gold, Silver or Bronze Championship Brackets based on the number of teams entered and their pool play results. Bracket structure may vary depending on division size and total teams entered.

Every game brings another opportunity to compete for a championship and finish World Series Week with unforgettable memories.

Every team begins World Series Week with something to play for.

Facility Policies

For the enjoyment and safety of all guests, the following items are prohibited at Heroes Sports Park:

• Outside food and coolers
• Sunflower seeds and chewing gum
• Metal spikes
• Pets

Stay to Play

This is a Perfect Game Stay-to-Play event.

Preferred hotel accommodations and discounted rates are available for participating travel teams.
