The 2026 9u, 11u, 13u Easter Bash will be held in Cincinnati, OH

April 3rd (optional), & 4th 2026

12u11uPlayers born on/after May 01, 2014 are eligible. ONLY TWO school grade exemptions per team will be allowed for players who are in the 5th grade who turn 12 years old before May 1st, 2026. However, those players must be born on/after January 1st, 2014 to be eligible.

12u13uPlayers born on/after May 01, 2012 are eligible. ONLY TWO school grade exemptions per team will be allowed for players who are in the 7th grade who turn 14 years old before May 1st, 2026. However, those players must be born on/after January 1st, 2012 to be eligible.

Event Information

Showcase Cincinnati Tournaments feature an Open Tournament format. This is a Friday (optional) / Saturday event. All teams will Play two Pool Games, with the top two teams Playing for Rings.

 

Limited Spots - First Come First Serve

Game Guarantee: 2 (weather permitting) 

Umpires:  Teams pay at the plate  

8u-12u - $40/team per game (1 umpire)  

13u-18u - $80/team per game (2 umpires) 

Location:  Heroes Sports Park: 2175 Springdale Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45231 - tournament sellouts may include additional area field locations & High Schools. 

Format:  Two (2) pool games, Top two teams play for Rings. NO SUNDAY GAMES

Awards:  Champions RINGS for all winners / runner-up rings for second place. 

Balls: 2 game balls per game - teams provide all backup balls 


Stay to Play Event. Preferred rates and scheduling for travel teams

REFUND POLICY:  

All Showcase Cincinnati Tournaments have a FULL REFUND GUARANTEE for Tournaments that WE cancel! (ie: not enough teams at an age group / division) These refunds are NOT CREDIT based, they're FULL REFUNDS!

Weather or any other uncontrollable emergencies will have credit based refunds good toward future Showcase Cincinnati Events.
